I believe that as a man it important to help empower those who we love. I have two sister and i have always protected them from the evils of life. That meant helping to stand up for them when in times of trouble, but I have also taught them some basic forms of how to protect themselves, if they ever had too.

It would be an honor to be able to share some of my knowledge of self defense for women during this important event. We live in dangerous times; in times when a maladjusted person may act against someone or multiple people. You don’t when or where, but is better to be prepared then unprepared to defend yourself.

Come and learn on how to get out of some basic real life scenarios and react naturally to someone trying to attack you. Take matters into your own hands and don’t be a victim anymore. Bring a friend and make it a day of sisterhood.
